Hello! I would just like to thank everyone that came to watch the show on opening night! And to the actors and backstage techs that made all of this possible. Thank you for all of your hard work, and for making the night a success!
And a preemptive thank you to those that will read this and/or listen to reviews and decide to stop by later on in the month as well. (You have any weekend up until Christmas weekend, either the evening show or Sat/Sun matinees at 2:30.)
And to Aoife and El for sending me their wishes from out of the country.
Also, if there was any sort of celebration afterward, last night, so sorry that Scotty and I couldn't make it. We just got tied up with things.

The Bermuda is absolutely GORGEOUS this time of the year! I'm so glad I got a break from work for one weekend to get a chance to go, because MERLIN, I needed it. Especially when there's still, oh, three weeks before I hit Tech Week. UGH!! Then it will be working until the wee hours of night with the stage crew AND actors, in which shite is bound to get fucked up we work diligently to put together an incredibly brilliant show. The Christmas Carol, starting the first weekend of December, in Pleiades!
I really want to go back to the Bermuda though. Next time, I'll go for a week. Or, it wouldn't have to be the Bermuda. Just any place nice and warm and pretty with tropical drinks and gorgeous hotel rooms. Pay attention, Scotty

[ Warded to Friends & Family ]I am very pleased to say that we have finally got ALL of our roles filled for the play. Mind you, I was a little annoyed with two of them deciding that they couldn't risk being outside of their homes because of the kidnappings. But one of them decided that she was being silly because Dunmoody's one of the safest places and she came back.
Somehow, I managed to keep my temper and gave her another chance. And the other role's been filled too by someone else.
BUT, YES! I just wanted to announce that I am now feeling much more saner, and I promise I have stopped eating a bunch of weird things because of the stress and so you all can stop giving me questioning looks. And that you better be there for opening night! Because Wayne will be in it. But more importantly, I'm directing it. OF COURSE. [ End ward ]

He's not home but I don't really want to talk about Have I mentioned Dean offered to do the stage designing for the set? They've been approved and all. I mean, I never doubted he'd do a less than par job on them, but I can't wait to see it all done by the time December starts. Of course, let's hope I get through this day without the headache coming back.
